Changing or Deleting Information About You
Registered members may edit/delete profile information on the My Account link.
If user desires to delete their membership account, we request that users email
contact@peekface.com to deactivate their account completely. For deactivation,
Peekface.com shall deactivate the account as soon as possible in accordance
with applicable laws.
Some old data may remain in our databases in archived records in order to,
for example, resolve disputes (if Peekface.com agrees), analyze programs, and
enforce our Terms and Conditions. Such profile and personal information is never
completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints,
including back-up systems. Finally, information is kept in our databases to
comply with legal requirements required by law or when we feel that it’s
necessary to disclose information to protect the rights of Peekface.com Inc.
and/or to adhere to judicial proceedings. Therefore, you should not expect all
information to be deleted from this Site. The ultimate function would be that
any deletion of information would be deletion of your post or account from the
user interface so that no other person is able to view any profile information
